From time to time we conduct research on specific topics, such as cars, financial products or even your views on social issues. Sometimes these are short telephone surveys. At other times you may be asked to fill out a questionnaire, or even be invited to participate in a discussion group.

If we contact you about taking part in any of our surveys, you can decide if you want to take part or not.

If you decide to take part in a survey we will offer an incentive such as a gift voucher, payment or prize draw.

We will take all reasonable steps to secure any personal information, which we hold, about you and to keep that information accurate and up-to-date. Personal information will be stored either electronically or in hard copy.
